Level 1: The First Degree Attunement
Focus: Self Healing & Physical Connection. Level 1 is your initiation. You will learn the history of Reiki and how to open your energy channels to practice on your own body.

- Duration: 2 days (4hrs each) or 1 full day (8hrs).

Level 2: The Second Degree

Level 3: Advanced Reiki & Master Level

Is there a waiting period between levels?
Yes. We recommend at least 21 days between Level 1 and Level 2 to allow your energy to stabilize, and 3 weeks before moving to the Master level.
Can anyone learn Reiki?
Absolutely. Reiki is a simple, natural modality that requires no previous credentials only a willingness to learn.
What will I feel after an attunement?
Common physical sensations include heat or tingling in the palms. Some may also experience temporary tiredness or emotional release as the body clears old energy.
