1. Introduction

This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services, therapies, programs, workshops, and products offered by Wealth Of Wellness (WOW) through our website [< href=”https://wealthofwellness.org/”>https://wealthofwellness.org/] or at our centre.

2. Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Online payment gateways
  • Bank transfers
  • In-centre payments (card/cash)

2.2 Payment Confirmation

  • All bookings and purchases must be fully paid at the time of reservation unless stated otherwise.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or message once payment is successfully processed.

2.3 Pricing

  • All prices listed on the Website or at the centre are in AED and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
  • WOW reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Sessions & Appointments

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or “no-shows” may result in:
    • Full charge for the session, and
    • No eligibility for refund.

3.2 Workshops, Programs & Events

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event start date may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

3.3 Packages & Memberships

  • Packages, bundles, and memberships are non-refundable once activated.
  • Sessions included in packages must be used within the validity period.
  • Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Terms

  • All refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Transaction fees or administrative charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed sessions or therapies
  • Packages/memberships after first use
  • Last-minute cancellations (as per policy)
  • Digital products, e-books, or online programs
  • Gift cards or wellness vouchers

4.3 Refund Denial

WOW reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The service was already delivered
  • The cancellation window has passed
  • Misuse of policy is detected
  • Payments were made for promotional or discounted services

5. Service Credits

Instead of a refund, WOW may offer service credits in certain cases (at management’s discretion).

Credits can be used for any WOW services but must be utilized within 3 months of issue.

  • Payment reference/receipt
  • Date and time of payment
  • Description of the issue
  • We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
