We start with a complete inside-out exploration of your actual habits associated with your lifestyle along with unveiling and unrecognisable stress patterns, emotional baggage that you might be carrying and unknown energy draining that may be dragging you down.

You will not feel pressured to get in a rush or expect haphazard results with half – cooked theory, rather: you will feel taken care of by us. This is a session which does the tone setting of trust, provides more clarity and direction on your way to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.

  • Analysis of your activities and areas of improvement.
  • Online behaviour, eating, self-care behaviour, sleep patterns
  • The stressors + the stress response activities
  • Bandwidth and determination of boundaries
  • What is your take about living a good lifestyle

3. Outcome: A whole-person picture of where you are- what is no longer working

2. Your Lifestyle Blueprint

A Lifestyle Blueprint; a part of the wellness plan, that is gut-intuitive, and fits your life, will be given to you following your consultation.

It will include the following:

  • Energy rituals with sunset/ rise
  • Mindful eating changes
  • Device to assist nervous system
  • Proposals for mobility and movement
  • The structures of Journaling or Breathwork
  • Borderlines and burning out behavioural patterns

We also incorporate elements of dietary consultation to help you re-frame the relationship you have with food, body feedback and nourishment- so you can eat intuitively once again.
