Akshit hails from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, at the foothills of the Himalayas, the yoga capital of the world. He is a gurukul student who started his Yogic education right from the tender age of eight and thereafter never looked back. He completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Yoga Science and further enhanced his knowledge with a Master’s Degree in Yogic Science (M. A. Yogacharya). He represented his state, Uttarakhand, at the State Sports Competition and is a 5-time Gold Medalist in the category of Yoga. He brings to his pupils an in-depth knowledge of Yoga and Yogic Philosophy. He’s also a Marma Therapist that helps in body alignment correction.
