Meditation:

Pranayama:
The channelized breathing with Anulom- Vilom, and vibrations created from Pranayama such as Bhastrika, Bhramari stabilize your mind, relief frustrationand elevate anxiety or stress, and hence are an inherent part of our Relax and Rejuvenate Program.

2) Traditional, Alternative Healing

Ayurvedic Treatments:
NjavaraKizhi, exfoliates and rejuvenates the skin; Abhyangam with steam bath improves blood circulation,range of body movement, muscle spasm / body stiffness.

Acupuncture/ Dry Needling:
 The needles target the trigger points in order to promote normal blood flow that helps in reducing pain and stiffness in the muscles to a considerable extent. It deactivates the “analytical brain” responsible for worrying and promote relaxation. It rejuvenates by regulating hormones and Neuro transmitters including serotonin.
