Kundalini Yoga
Detoxification helps to bring back the normal homeostasis (a self-regulating process by which biological systems maintain stability while adjusting to changing external conditions) Basically, detoxification means cleansing the blood.
This is done by removing impurities from the blood and liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin during a body detox. A detox program can range from 7/14/21/ 90 days.
What to expect?
In this 3 workshop series, we offer you an opportunity to tune-in to your chakras, and to begin to develop an awareness of whether each chakra is open and spinning fully, or stuck and off-balance.
This is an experiential workshop to help you set yourself up in a place where you have privacy, feel safe enough to close your eyes and connect inward with your Self.
